In the Fall of 2016, a newly assembled Strategic Planning Committee, comprised of Â鶹ÊÓƵ leaders from across the country, convened in New York City to begin drafting a five-year strategic roadmap for the organization. Following a year of dedicated input by members of the Committee, as well as the Â鶹ÊÓƵ’s national staff, other standing committees, the College of Fellows, the College of Chapters, and many others, the Â鶹ÊÓƵ approved a new strategic plan in November 2017.
